Robert Malone, Esq.. is a Tax Law Specialist with the IRS Exempt Organizations Division, working in Exempt Organizations Rulings and Agreements, Guidance. He is a Senior Conferee-Reviewer, has worked on various guidance projects, and has spoken at previous conferences on exempt organizations and unrelated business income tax.
