Chelsea Brown is a Public Affairs Specialist in Exempt Organizations’ Customer Education & Outreach office, which develops seminars, publications and other programs to help federal tax-exempt organizations understand their rights and responsibilities under the tax law. Before coming to Exempt Organizations, Ms. Brown worked in corporate development at a small non-profit that worked with female state legislators. She earned her MA from American University and BA from Penn State University. She is a Presidential Management Fellow. |
