Dianne Morse has been a Specialist with the Federal, State & Local Government Division since 2005. In this division, she works with government entities, assisting them with federal tax compliance issues. She also speaks at outreaches to government entities, providing educational information related to federal employment tax and information return reporting requirements.

Dianne began her career as a Tax Auditor and then worked in Exempt Organizations as a Revenue Agent where her responsibilities included assisting her customers with employment tax compliance issues. While in that division, she taught an employment tax course to new hires. In Federal, State & Local Governments, she has also done employment tax presentations for internal staff.
