Lola Montgomery joined the Administration for Children and Families’ Office of Community Services in 2007, and currently serves performance and evaluation lead and coordinates the ASSET Initiative efforts to increase the level and quality of agency services to persons with disabilities.

Following stints in publishing and public relations including media management, corporate image development and marketing, she’s working extensively with national nonprofits on organizational development, community and employee relations, and legislative issues.

She worked with the Federal Communications Commission and National Information Infrastructure Task Force on disability access issues, and developed and delivered instruction on ADA compliance to public safety and telecommunications personnel around the country.

Montgomery has an ABJ in Mass Communication and Marketing from the University of Georgia and an Associate’s degree in Bioresearch Technology from Athens Technical College.
