Marisa Scala-Foley is the Director of the National Center for Benefits Outreach and Enrollment at the National Council on Aging. The National Center for Benefits Outreach and Enrollment (www.CenterforBenefits.org) helps organizations enroll seniors and younger adults with disabilities with limited means into the benefits programs for which they are eligible so that they can remain healthy and improve the quality of their lives. Previously at the National Council on Aging, Ms. Scala-Foley was Associate Director of the Access to Benefits Coalition, where she oversaw training, technical assistance, and research. Prior to her positions at the National Council on Aging, Ms. Scala-Foley served as Director of the Center for Medicare Education at the Institute for the Future of Aging Services in Washington, DC. She holds a Masters in Gerontological Studies from Miami University (Ohio), and a Bachelorís in Sociology and Gerontology from the College of the Holy Cross.
