Robin has been with IRS since 1983 and is currently Chief of the Wage and Investment Divisionís Grant Program Office where he overseas the administration of the VITA and Tax Counseling for the Elderly grant programs.

Prior to becoming chief of the Grant Program Office, Robin worked as a Senior Tax Analyst in Wage and Investmentís Stakeholder Partnerships, Education and Communication division. As a Senior Tax Analyst, he developed and maintained partnerships with key national organizations that had the potential for making significant contributions to local communities in the areas of outreach, free tax return preparation, and asset building strategies.

Robin has spent most of his career in the Examination Division where he held several positions: Examination Manager, Large Case International Examiner, Revenue Agent, Classroom Instructor, and On-the-Job Instructor.
