Jill El-Bendary is an internal revenue agent program analyst and subject matter expert for SB/SE Examination Abusive Transactions and Technical Issues Division. Jill El-Bendary currently provides technical assistance to SB/SE examiners with respect to Activities Not for Profit (IRC § 183), Domestic Production Activities Deduction (IRC § 199), and the Retail Industry. Her prior technical subjects were the Services and Transportation industries. She has lead teams that wrote five audit technique guides in her respective subjects that are available on IRS.gov including the one on Child Care Providers. Jill joined the IRS in 1990 where she has held positions that included Internal Revenue Agent and group manager for SB/SE Examination Division. She has over 13 years experience in the private sector. Her prior IRS experience includes being a Senior Tax Administrator with the Trust Tax Division of a major bank. Jill holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from Golden Gate University in California. |
